I've been coming here for many years & when Grace took over she did a huge make-over.  I love the woman's area, it makes me feel more comfortable doing some exercises.  Judy has been great, because whenever I want to work some specific area, she has many ideas of ways to work-out without the pain and agony!  Her classes are fun & energetic and you really feel rejuvenated when you are finished.  It is a great place to de-stress and make new friendships!  Cheers to Xtreme Fitness!
