Grace has over 10 years experience in weight management. She is a certified personal trainer, nutrition counselor and primary group instructor. She can be seen at the gym leading a circuit interval class or in the weight room training a client. Grace also manages the Jazzercise program.
Grace is available M-F from 5:00 am – 2:30 pm and 7:00 am – 4:00 pm on Saturdays or by appointment.

Mark has been a National Certified trainer since 1998, National level competitive NPC and ANBC bodybuilder since 1996. Most recent achievements include the 2009 NPC Buffalo middleweight champion and Natural Ohio middleweight runner up. He has extensive fitness and personal training experience in different parts of the country including Las Vegas and the Pittsburgh area. Mark specializes in general fitness, diet and nutrition plans, weight training and bodybuilding competition preparation. Mark’s military experience is an asset in training for military employment, physical fitness testing and bodyfat standards.

MIke has been involved in the fitness industry for 15 years working in clubs, private gyms, medical facilities, and college/high school as a consultant. He is continually looking to develop himself as an excellent trainer. Mike is in school full time as a paralegal, but works part-time as a personal trainer at Xtreme Fitness.
Peter joined our personal trainer staff in January of 2010. Peter loves to train. He takes pleasure in seeing his clients reach their goal. You can meet Peter at Health Club Rochester on Sundays from 8:00-12:00, Mondays and Thursdays from 4:00-8:00 in the evening or by appointment.
